Full day with poi on a (shaded) beach! Suitable for beginner and intermediate levels but we will accommodate all levels. Together we’ll explore the most important fundamentals of poi spinning, program our minds to work in a circular framework, and teach our body how to follow the kinetic energy of poi so that we feel connected, within the flow.
If you need to borrow poi, there will be poi to borrow (and also for purchase)
