FAQ PRICE & ROOMS
The prices of the different room options above include:
– 10 nights of accommodation
– Access to all the workshops
– Free breakfast
– Entrance to shows
– Access to other activities
– Fuel for fire jams
– Bedding, towels, and soap will be provided
– transport to/from the airport (we can arrange a taxi service for you)
– some boat fees for trips and entrance to a party (in total not more than $ 15)
There are different options for room sharing;
-Share with partner or friends – COUPLE, TWIN OPTIONS – You can give us your preferences, and we’ll put you in a room with the chosen people.
-Share with other attendees – TWIN OPTION, NEPTUNE, VENUS & SUN
You don’t need to know other attendants to share a room! If you want to share a room with other attendants, we’ll try to make a match. You can give us your preferences on which room type, and if you want to share a bedroom with the same- or another gender. Room-sharing options depend on how many other attendants are wanting to share the same type of room.

The Retreat fee has to be paid in two parts; a deposit, and the remaining fee.
The deposit is $ 350,- p.p. and has to be paid to reserve your ticket. The payment can be made by credit card.
The rest of the fee is due at the start of the retreat, in cash or by card.
The Covid Cover applies here. The deposit is non-refundable.
We will fully refund your deposit on deposit tickets, if government regulations prevent you from travelling. If your home-country or Guatemala will go into lock-down, we will fully refund your deposit up to 1 month before the start of the event. After one month before the start of the gathering we can’t make any refunds.
These rules only apply if travelling will be forbidden, and the official governmental websites confirm this.
We advise you to take a personal travel insurance, that covers;
– Reimbursement of any pre-booked events or excursions
– Coronavirus cancellation cover

Everyone can buy their (deposit) ticket separately. You’ll be contacted after buying the ticket, with who you want to share the room.
