The prices of the different room-sharing options above include:
– 6 nights of accommodation
– 5+ hrs of workshops per day
– 3 meals a day
– coffee, tea and mint-water
– fuel for fire jams
Come with a friend, and you’ll both get a 10% discount on the retreat price!
The friend’s discount only applies if 2 or more persons register together for the full retreat, including the workshops. The friend’s discount applies to all room options, except for the premium sharing option. If you choose the premium sharing option, the discount will be 5%.
If you would like to bring your partner, friend, parent, or child who will not be participating in the workshops, there will be a 35% discount on the retreat fee.
The person will not participate in the Flow Arts workshops, but all the other things will be included: 6 nights of accommodation, all meals, and drinks. Taking part in the Gi Gong and Yoga classes is included. (The friend’s discount doesn’t apply here, so the person who does participate in the workshops, pays the normal fee)

There is a deposit of € 200 pp. after registration, the rest of the fee is due at the start of the retreat.

FAQ PRICE & ROOMS
Prices range from 590 to 890 euro per person, per week for the full retreat. Accommodation, food, and workshops are all included in the prices below. The difference in price is the room sharing option.

Sharing one (or more) bedrooms, and one bathroom with 5 to 7 persons: 590 euro
Sharing a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with 3 persons: 690 euro

Not included;
– transport to/from the chateau (we offer a pick-up service from the nearest train station)
– alcoholic drinks. Beer and wine can be bought at the castle for just 1 euro per glass
Share a bedroom with more people, and you’ll pay less!
- TWIN: this is one bedroom with two sleeping places. This can be one double bed, or two single beds. Ideal for partners, two friends or attendants that want to share a room.
- TRIPLE: this is one bedroom with three sleeping places. This can be one double bed, and one single or three single beds. Ideal for friends/partners or attendants that want to share a room.
- PRIVATE/SINGLE: this means you’ll have a private bedroom.
There are different options for room sharing;
- Share with partner or friends – You can give us your preferences, and we’ll put you in a room with the people you want. Twin rooms are ideal for partners.
- Share with other attendants – You don’t need to know other attendants to share a room! If you want to share a room with other attendants, we’ll try to make a match. You can give us your preferences on which room type, and if you want to share a bedroom with the same- or another gender. There are twin-, triple and double rooms with single beds available. Share a room for a lower price, and get to know other attendants! Room sharing options are of course depending on how many other attendants are wanting to share the same type of room, but most of the time we can make a match.

Also, if you live outside France, and you need to take a covid test for traveling, and your are tested positive (if you have covid) we’ll fully refund your deposit.
